Name Description

Thomas Lynch

Mr. Thomas J. (Tom) Lynch resigned as Executive Chairman of the Board of TE Connectivity Ltd. effective as of March 14, 2018, a position he has held since March 9, 2017. He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors on January 7, 2013, and has served on the Board of Directors since early 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer of TE Connectivity since January 2006. From September 2004 to January 2006, Mr. Lynch was at Tyco International (Tyco) as the President of Tyco Engineered Products & Services, a global manufacturer of industrial valves and controls. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Tyco Electronics, now TE Connectivity, in January 2006. Mr. Lynch joined Tyco from Motorola, where he served as Executive Vice President of Motorola, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Motorola’s Personal Communications sector, a leading supplier of cellular handsets. Prior to this role, he served as President of the Integrated Electronics Systems sector, of which automotive was the largest market segment. Prior to Motorola, Mr. Lynch was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Satellite and Broadcast Network Systems segment for General Instrument Corporation. Mr. Lynch serves on the boards of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and Cummins Inc. and on the boards of trustees for The Franklin Institute, Philadelphia, PA, and Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ. He is a member of the US-China Business Council (USCBC), a leading organization in building commercial relations with China. Mr. Lynch has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Rider University, New Jersey, U.S.

Terrence Curtin

Mr. Terrence R. Curtin has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of TE Connectivity Ltd.since March 8, 2017. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company in March 2017, Mr. Curtin served as TE’s President, where he was responsible for all of the company’s connectivity and sensor businesses, as well as mergers & acquisition activities. In March 2016, he was elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Curtin also previously led TE’s Industrial Solutions segment, which includes the Company’s Energy; Industrial; Aerospace, Defense and Marine and Medical business units. Prior to his role as leader of Industrial Solutions, Mr. Curtin served as TE’s Chief Financial Officer, and as the Company’s Corporate Controller. Before joining TE Connectivity, Mr. Curtin was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Curtin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Albright College and is also a member of its Board of Trustees.

Heath Mitts

Mr. Heath A. Mitts has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of TE Connectivity Ltd. since September 12, 2016. Previously, Heath served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX Corporation since March 2011 and served as Vice President of Corporate Finance from September 2005 to February 2011. Prior to joining IDEX, he worked for PerkinElmer from 2001 to 2005 as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer Asia, based in Singapore. Prior to PerkinElmer, he worked at Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal) from 1996 to 2001 in a variety of senior financial leadership positions, including the Finance leader of Honeywell’s aerospace avionics business. He has been a Director at Columbus McKinnon Corporation since May 2015. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Joel Dubs

Mr. Joel Dubs serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at TE Connectivity Ltd. He leads Operations for the Transportation Solutions segment. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s corporate global operations including procurement, logistics, manufacturing engineering and innovation, environmental, health and safety, facilities services, and the company-wide lean initiative. He also leads implementation of the company’s digital operations initiatives and has lead the Company’s Operations Council since 2013. He previously served as Vice President of Operations for the Company’s Global Automotive business. He joined the Company in 1983 and has served in a wide variety of engineering, manufacturing and operations assignments, including nearly 10 years as a plant manager and regional and global operations assignments of increasing responsibility over the last 20 years. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

Timothy Murphy

Mr. Timothy J. (Tim) Murphy has been Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at TE Connectivity Ltd. since March 2016. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s HR strategy to ensure TE has the talent, culture, and organization needed to achieve its business objectives. He joined TE Connectivity as Vice President, Global Talent Management in November 2011. From 1993 to 2011, he held a variety of HR Business Partner and Center of Excellence leadership positions at Merck. As Executive Director, Talent Management, he led a Center of Excellence that supported 90,000 employees and was responsible globally for performance management, succession planning, career development, and workforce planning. He has a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

John Jenkins

Mr. John S. Jenkins, Jr., has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of TE Connectivity Ltd. since October 2012. Prior to joining TE Connectivity, he was with Tyco International for ten years and was the Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and International General Counsel. He was responsible for the Board of Directors activities, securities and capital markets transactions and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, global procurement, real estate, and tax planning. Prior to 2003, he worked as a litigator with McGuireWoods, LLP. He began his career in 1987 as an Officer in the United States Navy, and served as a judge advocate both as Military Prosecutor and Senior Defense Counsel, and finally as Legislative Counsel to the Secretary of the Navy. He earned his law degree from George Washington University with high honors and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Joseph Eckroth

Mr. Joseph F. (Joe) Eckroth, Jr., serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd. He joined TE Connectivity in 2013 and is responsible for leading the TE Information Systems (TEIS) team, setting the enterprise-wide Information Systems strategic direction, and ensuring TEIS implements key information systems initiatives that support TE’s goals. Prior to joining TE, he was with Hertz Holdings and Hertz since 2007, and most recently held the position of Executive Vice President, Global Customer Care and Chief Information Officer. In this role, he also provided oversight to the Corporate Project Management Office, Revenue Management function and Navigations Solutions business, which is the exclusive provider of the Hertz Neverlost units and related services. Prior to joining Hertz Holdings and Hertz, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New Century Financial Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Mattel, Inc. and two of General Electric’s business units, GE Medical Systems and GE Industrial Systems. From 2003 to 2006, he served on the board of directors of VWR International, a global laboratory supply and distribution company, where he also served on the Compensation and Finance Committees. From 2000 to 2006, he also served on the board of directors of the Orangewood Children’s Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing life-changing prevention and intervention programs for abused and neglected children and young adults in Orange County, California. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University School of Business and Management and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California.

Amy Summy

Ms. Amy B. Summy has been Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at TE Connectivity Ltd. since January 2013. She is responsible for TE’s global marketing strategy, digital strategy, customer data and insights, brand, and communications. She joined TE Connectivity as Vice President, Marketing in June 2011. Prior to TE, Amy served in leadership positions at Sapient and SapientNitro from 1996-2011. As a member of the company’s senior executive team, she played a key role in the company’s transition from a technology consulting provider to a global leader in digital commerce and marketing services. As Senior Vice President and Managing Director, she led SapientNitro’s New York and West Coast businesses. Earlier in her career, she served as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer and leader of the company’s North American Financial Services business. Prior to Sapient, she held positions at Dun & Bradstreet in sales leadership and product management roles. She is also dedicated to ending childhood cancer. She is a co-founder and Board member of No More Kids with Cancer, a non-profit research accelerator. She serves on the Corporate Executive Council and Brain Tumor Board of Visitors of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She earned an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Kent State University.

Robert Ott

Mr. Robert J. Ott has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of TE Connectivity Ltd. since June 29, 2007. He has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of TE Connectivity since company separation from Tyco International in June 2007. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Corporate Audit of Tyco International from March 2003 to June 2007 and Vice President of Finance—Corporate Governance of Tyco International from August 2002 until March 2003. Prior to joining Tyco International, Mr. Ott was Chief Financial Officer of Multiplex, Inc. from 2001 to 2002 and Chief Financial Officer of SourceAlliance, Inc. from 2000 to 2001.

Mario Calastri

Mr. Mario Calastri has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of TE Connectivity Ltd. since September 12, 2016. He has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of TE Connectivity since company separation from Tyco International in June 2007 and he served on the TE Connectivity Board prior to the separation. He served as interim Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity from March 2016 to September 2016. He he oversees the Company’s cash management, banking, capital structure development and funding, foreign exchange, contingent liabilities, investments, risk management, and financial planning and analysis activities. He joined TE Connectivity in June 2007 and previously, he served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Tyco International. He held a variety of management positions with IBM, including Assistant Treasurer, Global Risk Manager and Vice President of Finance for IBM’s IGF division in Europe. Sameer Pagnis

Mr. Sameer Pagnis has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at TE Connectivity Ltd. since January 2017. He is responsible for shaping the strategy for TE Connectivity (TE) by driving alignment and focus on enterprise-level value creation. Recently, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of TE’s Industrial and Commercial Transportation (ICT) business, from 2015 to 2017. He was responsible for driving the organic and inorganic growth of ICT’s business and had complete responsibility of P&L for ICT, which operates under TE’s Transportation Solutions segment. From 2013 to 2015, he served as General Manager of TE’s Global Application Tooling business unit, which also operates under TE’s Transportation Solutions segment. Since joining TE in 1998, he has held a variety of positions of growing responsibility – in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, sales, business development, and general management. Prior to joining TE, he worked – for eight years – in the field of defense electronics and consumer electronics, for Be-Delft and Sharp respectively. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering, from University of Pune and Bombay Technical Institute respectively.

Jeanne Quirk

Ms. Jeanne Quirk serves as Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at TE Connectivity Ltd. In her role, she is responsible for driving the development and execution of inorganic growth strategies. Since 2013, she has served as the Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for the Industrial Solutions (IS) segment, with responsibility for partnering with the IS leadership team to identify and execute organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Since joining TE in 2000, she has held a variety of leadership positions in M&A and integration, including leading TE’s M&A and divestiture efforts from 2007 through 2013. Prior to joining TE, she worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for 10 years where she assisted a broad range of strategic buyers and financial sponsors with their acquisitions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and is a certified public accountant.

Eric Resch

Mr. Eric J. Resch has been Senior Vice President and Chief Tax Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd. since June 29, 2007. He has been Senior Vice President and Chief Tax Officer of TE Connectivity since separation from Tyco International in June 2007 and he served on the TE Connectivity Board prior to the separation was Vice President, Tax Reporting of Tyco International from 2003 until June 2007. Prior to joining Tyco International, Mr. Resch was Director, Tax Reporting for United Technologies Corporation from 2001 to 2003.

Shad Kroeger

Mr. Shad W. Kroeger is President - Communications Solutions at TE Connectivity Ltd. He is responsible for all aspects of the segment's strategy, sales, development, and operations globally. Since joining TE in 1995, he has held leadership positions in general management, strategy, product management, sales, and engineering. His roles have spanned the automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. From 2013 to 2017, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Appliances business. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Steven Merkt

Mr. Steven T. Merkt has been President - Transportation Solutions of TE Connectivity Ltd. since August 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of sales, development, and operations for the segment worldwide. He joined TE in 1989 and has held leadership positions in general management, operations, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and new product launches. He was appointed to his current position in August 2012, after serving as President of TE’s Automotive business. Prior to joining TE, he worked as a Flight Test Engineer for the F.A.A. and a computer consultant for Rutgers University. He is a member of the board of directors for the Isonoma Foundation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Smeal School of Business at Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania, U.S., and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University, New Jersey, U.S.

Kevin Rock

Mr. Kevin N. Rock has been President - Industrial Solutions of TE Connectivity Ltd. since March 10, 2015. He is responsible for all aspects of the segment’s strategy, growth, operations, and performance. He has been with TE for more than 20 years, and his career includes numerous accomplishments. Prior to his current role, he was President of TE’s Aerospace, Defense, and Marine (AD&M) business. Joan Wainwright

Ms. Joan E. Wainwright has been President - Channel and Customer Experience of TE Connectivity Ltd. since January 2013. Prior to that she was Senior Vice President, Channel, Marketing and Communications from May 2011. Ms. Wainwright joined TE Connectivity in June 2006 as Senior Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs and was named Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications in February 2008. Previously, she served as Vice President, Public Affairs and Vice President, Corporate Communications for Merck & Co., Inc. from June 2000 to June 2006. Ms. Wainwright also served as Deputy Commissioner of Communications for the U.S. Social Security Administration and in the communications and public relations departments of the University Health System of New Jersey, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the University of Delaware and Villanova University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Delaware, Delaware, U.S., and a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University, Pennsylvania, U.S.

Pierre Brondeau

Dr. Pierre R. Brondeau, Ph.D., serves as Lead Independent Director at TE Connectivity Ltd. He joined the Board of Directors in June 2007, immediately following company separation from Tyco International Ltd. ("Tyco International"). Dr. Brondeau has been President and Chief Executive Officer of FMC Corporation since January 2010 and serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining FMC Corporation, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Dow Advanced Materials, a manufacturer of specialty materials and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company, upon the April 2009 merger of Rohm & Haas Company and Dow Chemical Company, until September 2009. From 2008 to 2009, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rohm & Haas Company and from 2006 to 2008, as Executive Vice President of electronics materials and specialty materials of Rohm & Haas Company. He joined Rohm & Haas in 1989 as European Marketing Manager for the Plastics Additives business unit located in Paris. In 1991, he transferred to Valbonne, France, to head the Technical Service and Development Laboratories. He was promoted to Director of Plastics Additives Research in 1993, and moved to Shipley Company, which was later renamed Rohm & Haas Electronic Materials, as Director, Research, Sales & Marketing in 1995. He held top leadership positions at Shipley Company, including Vice President, Operations and Technology, President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer from 1997. From 2003, he served in several executive capacities in the Electronic Materials and Specialty Materials business. In May 2008, he was elected President & Chief Operating Officer of Rohm & Haas Company. Earlier in his career, he worked at Air Liquide in France. He is the Chairman of the American Chemistry Council. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from INSA France; a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Montpellier, France; and a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from INSA France.

Carol Davidson

Mr. Carol A. (John) Davidson has been Independent Director of TE Connectivity Ltd. since March 2, 2016. Mr. Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant, with more than 30 years of leadership experience across multiple industries. Mr. Davidson’s experience with complex accounting and financial issues combined with his knowledge of public reporting requirements and processes bring accounting and financial management insight to the Board. Mr. Davidson held a variety of leadership roles at Tyco International Ltd. and Dell Inc. and financial leadership roles at Eastman Kodak Company. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation which oversees financial accounting and reporting standards setting processes for the United States. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Davidson meets the SEC definition of audit committee financial expert and brings five years of public company directorship experience to the Board. Mr. Davidson holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and a MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester. Mr. Davidson is a director of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc., Legg Mason, Inc. and Pentair plc.

William Jeffrey

Dr. William A. Jeffrey has been Independent Director TE Connectivity Ltd. since March 2012. Since 2014, Dr. Jeffrey has been Chief Executive Officer and President of SRI International, a research and development organization serving government and industry. Prior to that he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of HRL Laboratories, LLC, an automotive, aerospace and defense research and development laboratory, from September 2008. From 2007 to 2008, he was the Director of the Science and Technology Division of the Institute for Defense Analyses, and prior to that was Director of the National Institute of Standards & Technology from 2005. From 2002 to 2005, Dr. Jeffrey served as Senior Director of Homeland and National Security and Assistant Director of Space and Aeronautics in the Executive Office of the President, Office of Science and Technology Policy. He began his career at the Institute for Defense Analyses in 1988. Dr. Jeffrey is also Chairman of the Director's Review Committee for Global Security at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Dr. Jeffrey has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Astronomy from Harvard University, both in Massachusetts, U.S.

Yong Nam

Mr. Yong Nam has been Independent Director of TE Connectivity Ltd. since March 2012. Since April 2013, he has served as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Daelim Industrial Co. Ltd., the engineering, construction and petrochemical operations affiliate of Daelim Group, a Korean company. Mr. Nam has served as an advisor to LG Electronics, Inc., a global provider of consumer electronics, mobile communications and home appliances, since April 2011. From 2007 through March 2011, Mr. Nam served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LG Electronics. He previously served as President of LG Corp., the global conglomerate of the LG group of companies, from 2006 to 2007, and as Chief Executive Officer of LG Telecom from 1998 until 2006. Mr. Nam's career with LG began in 1976. He is a Director of ADT Korea, a commercial and residential security services provider since June 2014. Mr. Nam has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Seoul National University, South Korea.

Daniel Phelan

Mr. Daniel J. (Dan) Phelan has been Independent Director at TE Connectivity Ltd. since June 29, 2007. Mr. Phelan was Chief of Staff at GlaxoSmithKline plc. (GSK), a manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, vaccines and consumer health-related products. He served in this role from 2008 until his retirement in December 2012, following which he consulted with GSK until the end of 2013. Mr. Phelan joined GSK in 1981 and held several other roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Operations & Administration, Research and Development. Paula Sneed

Ms. Paula A. Sneed has been Independent Director of TE Connectivity Ltd. since June 29, 2007. Ms. Sneed is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Prescott Group, LLC, a strategy and management consulting firm since 2008. Until December 2006, Ms. Sneed was Executive Vice President of Global Marketing Resources and Initiatives for Kraft Foods, Inc., a worldwide producer and distributor of branded food and beverage products. Ms. Sneed previously held a variety of other positions at Kraft Foods, including Group Vice President and President of Electronic Commerce and Marketing Services, and Chief Marketing Officer for the company. Ms. Sneed began her career in 1977 at General Foods Corporation, which merged with Kraft Foods in 1995. She is also a Director of Charles Schwab Corporation. Ms. Sneed has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Simmons College and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, both in Massachusetts, U.S.

Abhijit Talwalkar

Mr. Abhijit Y. (Abhi) Talwalkar has been Independent Director at TE Connectivity Ltd. since March 8, 2017. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of LSI Corporation, from May 2005 until the completion of LSI's merger with Avago Technologies in May 2014. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Talwalkar held a number of senior management positions at Intel Corporation, including Corporate Vice President and Co-General Manager of the Digital Enterprise Group, which was comprised of Intel's business client, server, storage, and communications businesses, and Vice President and General Manager for the Intel Enterprise Platform Group, where he focused on developing, marketing, and driving Intel business strategies for enterprise computing. Prior to Intel, Mr. Talwalkar held senior engineering and marketing positions at Sequent Computer Systems, a multiprocessing computer systems design and manufacturer that later became a part of IBM. He also held positions at Bipolar Integrated Technology, Inc., a VLSI bipolar semiconductor company; and Lattice Semiconductor Inc., a service-driven developer of programmable design solutions widely used in electronic systems. Mr. Talwalkar is Chairman of the Board for iRhythm Technologies, a healthcare technology company that specializes in cardiac monitoring and the diagnoses of arrhythmias. He is a Director of Lam Research Corporation, serving as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance committee; he previously served as Chair of the Compensation Committee. He was also a Director of LSI Corporation and the U.S. Semiconductor Industry Association. Additionally, he was a member of the U.S. delegation for World Semiconductor Council proceedings. Mr. Talwalkar has a Bachelor's of Science degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University.

Mark Trudeau

He is the President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Mallinckrodt plc, a global specialty biopharmaceutical and imaging business that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes specialty pharmaceutical products and imaging agents. Mr. Trudeau held executive leadership positions at Covidien plc, Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals LLC USA, Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Trudeau brings experience as a public company executive officer and director, along with a record of executive leadership and global business expertise in many areas including strategy, operations and management. Mr. Trudeau holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a MBA, both from the University of Michigan.

John Van Scoter

Mr. John C. Van Scoter has been Independent Director of TE Connectivity Ltd. since December 1, 2008. Mr. Van Scoter is Chief Executive Officer and President of eSolar, Inc., a developer of modular and scalable solar thermal power plant technology, as of February 2010. Immediately prior to his service at eSolar, he was Senior Vice President of Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI), a global semiconductor company, where he was responsible for the company's Digital Light Processing Products division. During his 25-year career with TI he also served as Vice President for emerging Digital Signal Processor businesses in MP3/Internet Audio and Printing markets and in various product development, manufacturing and sales capacities. He also serves on the Board of Directors for eSolar, Inc. Mr. Van Scoter has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, Vermont, U.S.

Laura Wright

Ms. Laura H. Wright has been Independent Director of TE Connectivity Ltd. since March 4, 2014. Since her retirement in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer of Southwest Airlines, a provider of air transportation in the United States, Ms. Wright founded GSB Advisors, to provide strategic and financial consulting to growth and non-profit companies. During her 25 year career at Southwest, Ms. Wright served in a variety of financial roles including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer. Ms. Wright began her career at Arthur Young & Co. in 1982 as a member of their tax staff, following which she became a Tax Manager from 1986 through 1988. Ms. Wright is a Trustee of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a publicly traded hotel and real estate investment trust, since 2009, and serves on the Board of CMS Energy, a publicly traded company and its subsidiary, Consumers Energy, since February 2013. Ms. Wright holds bachelor and master of science degrees in accounting from the University of North Texas.
