Name Description

Alan Danson

Mr. Alan S. Danson is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. He has served as Director of Till Capital Ltd. Mr. Danson is currently a private investor and volunteer board member of several non-profit organizations. During his career, he worked as an attorney in a Wall Street law firm, an investment banker on Wall Street, an investment manager and investment banker in Mexico City, a partner in a venture capital firm in Denver and an entrepreneurial manager in Colorado. He has served on boards of directors of private companies, public companies and a regulated entity. Mr. Danson served, for 19 years, as an independent director of Dreyfus Founders Funds, a Denver-based family of actively managed equity mutual funds, becoming chairman of the board in 2008. The fund family was acquired by Bank of New York Mellon and later was rolled into its Dreyfus family of funds. Between September 1995 and December 1999, Mr. Danson was an investor in and served as a board member of OptiMark Technologies, Inc., a developer of electronic markets. He held the title of Senior Vice President and was instrumental in crafting several offering circulars and raising the company's initial rounds of investment capital. From 1986 to 1995, Mr. Danson served as a board member and, through 1989, as President, of Integrated Medical Systems, Inc., a start-up provider of health care information and marketing services. The company was sold to Eli Lilly & Co. in December 1995. Between 1983 and 1986, Mr. Danson was a general partner of The Centennial Funds, the largest venture capital management company in the Rocky Mountain region. He was active on both the fundraising and investment sides of the business. From 1972 to 1982, Mr. Danson lived and worked in Mexico, where he was a founding partner of a start-up brokerage and investment firm, Acciones y Valores de Mexico (" Accival "). He helped the firm capture and manage pension funds from Mexican subsidiaries of US companies.

John Rickard

Dr. John T. ("Terry") Rickard is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He is Director of the Company., effective July 31, 2015. Dr. Rickard has 44 years of experience in advanced technology and financial organizations, all of it in management, oversight and technology development positions. He has been an executive and a director of several private companies and one public reporting company. He was President and later Chief Scientific Officer of OptiMark Technologies, Inc. and served on its board. He was a co-inventor of the OptiMark transaction matching system and was instrumental in the development of this company from a start-up enterprise to an operating entity on the Pacific Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq market and the Osaka Securities Exchange, including the securing of over $350 million in investment capital from major investors in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to that, he was President of the brokerage firm Mitchum, Jones & Templeton. He has authored/co-authored over 70 refereed technical publications in engineering, electronic market structure, matching algorithms and trading strategies, and has co-authored 11 issued patents. He has also served as an expert witness in multiple intellectual property litigations involving financial markets. He received a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Physics from the University of California, San Diego, in 1975.

Brian Lupien

Mr. Brian P. Lupien is Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has been with the company and served as treasurer since April, 2014. A certified public accountant, Mr. Lupien has experience in accounting and reporting responsibilities for a private investment fund and has worked as an audit manager for a variety of clients across multiple industries. A graduate of the University of California at Davis, Mr. Lupien earned his bachelor of science in 1995, majoring in managerial economics, and gained his certified public accountant designation in 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

William Lupien

Mr. William A. Lupien has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer, Director of the Company. He was Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Director of Till Capital Ltd. while it pursues the recruitment of a chief executive officer having a strong reinsurance/insurance background. For over 50 years, Mr. Lupien has been an innovator in the public financial markets. His career in the securities business began at the California-based brokerage firm of Mitchum Jones & Templeton Inc. in 1965, where he later served as president and a board member. In 1983, as chief executive officer and chairman of Instinet Corp., he successfully expanded the market reach of the world's first electronic stock trading system. As chairman and chief executive officer of OptiMark Technologies Inc., he co-invented the OptiMark trading system, designed for stock markets around the world. From 2005 to 2014, he served as the general partner and investment manager of Kudu Partners LP. He has served since inception as chief investment officer of Till Management Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Till. Mr. Lupien's board experience includes chairman of Instinet (1983 to 1989), Mitchum Jones & Templeton (1989 to 1996), OptiMark U.S. Equities Inc. (1996 to 2001), and director of National Health Enterprises Inc., Interdyne Inc., Energy Metals Corp., Gold One International Ltd., Uranium One Inc. and Midway Gold Corp. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with dual degrees in marketing and finance.

Kim Willey

Ms. Weiying (Mary) Zhu is Treasurer of the company. She has been with the company and served as controller since April, 2015. Ms. Zhu will continue to serve as controller, as well as to serve as treasurer. Ms. Zhu is a certified public accountant (since 1996) and certified treasury professional (since 2003) with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Till, she served in various accounting and finance positions at Hecla Mining Company (1996 to 2015), a $1-billion-market-cap New York Stock Exchange-listed precious metals mining company, of which 10 years was as treasury manager. Ms. Zhu holds a master's degree in accounting and a bachelor's degree in international finance.

Janet Lee-Sheriff

Ms. Janet Lee-Sheriff serves as Executive Vice President of Till Management Company which is a subsidiary of the company. She served as VP First Nation Relations since August 2010; VP Corporate Affairs for the Company since October 2009; President of private management company from April 2002 to November 2009; Manager of Cabinet Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs with the Yukon Government, January 2000 to April 2002.

Michael Maslowski

Mr. Michael G. Maslowski serves as the Director of Operations of Till Management Company and Golden Predator US Holding Corp., which are subsidiaries of the Company . Mr. Maslowski oversaw daily open pit and underground operations (including managing the work of 950 employees & on-site contractors as well as managing corporate and governmental communications). Under Mr. Maslowski's management the Palmarejo Mine grew from construction phase to sustained production, with silver and gold production rising from 350,000 to 600,000 oz and 7,000 to 10,000 oz per month, respectively. Prior to his work on the Palmarejo Mine, Mr. Maslowski served as Director of Exploration for Coeur d'Alene Mines' operations in Mexico, United States and Tanzania, as Technical Services Manager and Chief Geologist for the Silver Valley Mine in Idaho, and as Chief Geologist and Exploration Geologist for Apollo Gold Corporation and Pegasus Gold Inc. Mr. Maslowski holds a BSc in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

Mr. George Rohlinger serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Rohlinger has extensive corporate development and executive leadership experience in both start-up and mature company environments. His expertise includes business planning, financings and mergers and acquisitions in domestic and international jurisdictions. As Chief Business Development Officer for a healthcare services and technology company, Mr. Rohlinger led the successful development and launch of a software service and medical practice procedural improvements, resulting in 70% profit growth over a two-year period. Mr. Rohlinger also has over 15 years of investment banking experience with involvement in transactions aggregating over $25 billion in value. He is currently Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Apogee Physicians and is a highly respected advocate of empowerment and accountability with a strong work ethic and team orientation. Mr. Rohlinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master in Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Patricia Tilton

Ms. Patricia Tilton serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Tilton is a Certified Public Accountant with strong professional experience in the financial industry, particularly in the insurance, mutual fund, and asset management industries. In addition to her financial expertise, she also has a strong background in operational, risk, regulatory and governance matters. Ms. Tilton is a retired KPMG LLP Partner with over 30 years of experience in public accounting, including auditing, consulting, and forensics. Ms. Tilton retired in 2009 as a Forensics Partner and served as a Retired Partner Consultant from 2009 until 2011. Ms. Tilton currently works as an independent consultant, including as an Accreditation Team Member of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Ms. Tilton also serves on the Boards of Directors of CoffeeHouse Press, Inc. and Thrivent Federal Credit Union. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Sienna College.
