Name Description

Yu Dunde

Mr. Dunde Yu is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Tuniu Corp. He is our co-founder and has served as chairman of our board of directors and chief executive officer since our inception. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Yu was the chief technology officer of ci123.com in 2006, where he helped ci123.com become a leading Chinese childcare website. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Yu served as the technical director of Bokee.com . Mr. Yu received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Southeast University in China in 2003.

Maria Yi Xin

Ms. Maria Yi Xin is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Xin joined Tuniu in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets with US-listed companies. While at Tuniu, Ms. Xin has held various key roles at the Company such as Vice President of investor relations, strategic investments and international media. Prior to Tuniu, Ms. Xin worked in equity research at China Renaissance, a leading financial institution inChina. Prior to China Renaissance, Ms. Xin worked at E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc., a leading business-to-consumer e-commerce company inChinathen listed on the NYSE, and at New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU), the largest provider of private educational services inChina. Ms. Xin received Bachelor's degrees in economics and law from Nankai University.

Fuwei Chen

Mr. Fuwei Chen is Chief Marketing Officer of Tuniu Corporation. Mr. Chen joined Tuniu in 2006 as a core member of the founding team. He has led multiple departments within the Company including technology research and development, website and mobile, and marketing. After his promotion to Vice President of Marketing in 2014, Mr. Chen played a key role in leading Tuniu's effort in marketing and branding. Prior to joining Tuniu, Mr. Chen was a software engineer at Bokee.com, a leading Chinese blogging platform. Mr. Chen received his B.A. from East China Normal University.

Wei Tong

Mr. Wei Tong is Vice President of Company. Mr. Tong will be responsible for strengthening Tuniu's cooperation with domestic and overseas tourism bureaus and developing new product lines. Mr. Tong brings rich experience in China's travel sector from his 32 years career at China International Travel Service Group (CITS Group). Prior to joining Tuniu Corporation, Mr. Tong was the President of CITS Head Office and Vice President of CITS Group Corporation.

Enjie Wu

Mr. Enjie Wu is vice president of human resources center of Tuniu Corp. He has served as our vice president of human resources center since January 2010. Prior to joining us, Mr. Wu was the human resources general manager of Hisap Corporation from 2005 to 2010. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Wu was the general manager of Jianghai Group. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Wu served as the director of human resources of Beijing Yenova Decoration Co., Ltd. From 1993 to 2001, he was the human resource officer of Zindart Manufacturing Limited. Mr. Wu received a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from Sun Yat-Sen University in China in 1993.

Li Li

Ms. Li Li is General Manager - organized tour department of Tuniu Corp. She joined our company in May 2008, and has served as our general manager of organized tour department since 2012. Prior to joining us, Ms. Li was a partner and deputy general manager of Nanjing Fenghua Travel Agency from 1998 to 2005. From 1995 to 1998, Ms. Li served as a deputy general manager of the Nanjing Branch of Shanghai Spring Tour Travel Agency. Ms. Li received a master’s degree in business administration from University of the Sunshine Coast in 2008.

Shengli Hu

Mr. Shengli Hu serves as Director of the Company. Mr. Shengli Hu has served as the President of JD.com's 3C business unit sinceJanuary 2016. Mr. Hu joined JD.com inJanuary 2014and was in charge of the telecommunication department. Mr. Hu has extensive experience in operations within the telecommunication industry. Prior to joining JD.com, Mr. Hu served as the Vice President of Fun Talk China Holdings Limited from 2011 until 2013. Mr. Hu has also served in various key roles during his tenure in China Unicom. Mr. Hu received a master's degree in business administration from Hunan University.

Steve Ji

Mr. Steve Yue Ji is Director of Tuniu Corp. Mr. Ji as served as our director since March 2011. Mr. Ji is a partner of Sequoia Capital China. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2005, Mr. Ji worked at Walden International, Vertex Management and CIV Venture Capital, where he contributed to investments in numerous wireless, Internet and semiconductor companies in China. Prior to that, Mr. Ji worked for Seagate Technology China, a Nasdaq-listed company, among the first group of its employees in 1995. Mr. Ji has been a director of Noah Holdings Limited, a NYSE-listed company, since 2007 and an independent director of Country Style Cooking Restaurant Chain Co., Ltd., a NYSE-listed company, since 2010. Mr. Ji received a master’s degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School in 1999 and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Nanjing, China in 1995.

Tie Li

Mr. Tie Li is Director of the company. He currently serves as Vice Chairman and CEO of HNA Tourism Group. Mr. Li joined HNA Group in 2002 and has headed various business divisions of the Group since then, such as Financial Director, President and Vice Chairman of HNA Aviation Group and Chief Investment Officer of HNA Tourism Group, before being named Vice Chairman and CEO of HNA Tourism Group in November 2015. Mr. Li has extensive experience in the investment, finance and legal fields within the travel and tourism industry and holds a Bachelor's degree from Anhui University.

Frank Lin

Mr. Frank Lin is Director of Tuniu Corp. Mr. Lin has served as our director since December 2009. Mr. Lin is a general partner of DCM, a technology venture capital firm. Prior to joining DCM in 2006, Mr. Lin was chief operating officer of SINA Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed company. Mr. Lin co-founded sina.com’s precursor company, SinaNet, in 1995 and later guided the company through its listing on Nasdaq. Prior to founding SinaNet, Mr. Lin was a consultant at Ernst & Young Management Consulting Group. Mr. Lin had also held various marketing, engineering and managerial positions at Octel Communication Inc. and NYNEX. Mr. Lin currently serves on the board of directors of numerous companies invested by DCM, including Vipshop Holdings Limited, a NYSE-listed company, and 58.com Inc., a NYSE-listed company. Mr. Lin received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University.

Thomas Tsao

Mr. Thomas Gai Tei Tsao is Director of Tuniu Corp. He has served as our director since October 2008. Mr. Tsao is a co-founder of Gobi Ventures, Inc. He has over two decades of experience in venture capital, fund management, and investment banking in China and the United States. Mr. Tsao is a co-founder of Beijing Technology Development Fund. Prior to founding Beijing Technology Development Fund, Mr. Tsao was a director of investment banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (China), covering the technology, media and telecommunications sector, in 1998. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Tsao worked for Seapower Financial Services Group. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Tsao was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch in New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Tsao received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University in 1992.

Haifeng Yan

Mr. Haifeng Yan serves as Director of Tuniu Corp. Mr. Yan is our co-founder and has served as our director since our inception. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Yan was one of the founding members and the chief operating officer of ci123.com , from 2005 to 2006, where he was responsible for daily operations and helped ci123.com become a leading Chinese childcare website. Mr. Yan served as an analyst of iTech Holdings Limited in 2004.

Tao Yang

Mr. Tao Yang serves as Director of the Company. Mr. Tao Yang currently serves as Senior Vice President of Ctrip.com International, Ltd in charge of its Travel Business Unit. Mr. Yang has held a number of technical and managerial positions after joining in Ctrip.com in 2000. Mr. Yang received an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Jie Zhuas

Mr.Jie Zhuas is Director of the company. He serves as member of the Board of Directors and Chief Innovation Officer of HNA Tourism Group. After joining HNA Group in 2011, Mr. Zhu headed the investment and securities business divisions of HNA Tourism Group and its subsidiary Beijing Tourism Investment Fund. Mr. Zhu holds an MBA from Glendon-York University.

Onward Choi

Mr. Onward Choi is Independent Director of Tuniu Corp. He will serve as our independent director immediately upon the effectiveness of our registration statement on Form F-1, of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. Choi has been the acting chief financial officer of NetEase Inc., or NetEase, a Nasdaq-listed company, since July 2007. He previously served as NetEase’s financial controller from January 2005 to June 2007 and as its corporate finance director from November 2003 to December 2004. Prior to joining NetEase, Mr. Choi worked in the Beijing office of Ernst & Young, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Hong Kong office of KPMG for over ten years. Mr. Choi currently serves as the chairman of the audit committee and an independent non-executive director of Beijing Jingkelong Company Limited and China ITS (Holdings) Co., Ltd., both of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Choi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a fellow member of the CPA Australia, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a registered practicing certified public accountant in Hong Kong. Mr. Choi received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy with honors from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Eugene Huang

Mr. Eugene Chehchun Huang is Independent Director of Tuniu Corp. He has served as our director since September 2013. Mr. Huang is a director of Temasek International Pte. Ltd. where he is responsible for investments in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Temasek International Pte. Ltd. in 2012, Mr. Huang was an investment banker with the Hong Kong office of Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Huang joined Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York in 2001. He received a bachelor’s degree of science (summa cum laude) from Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.

Jack Xu

Mr. Jack Xu is Independent Director of Tuniu Corp. He will serve as our independent director immediately upon the effectiveness of our registration statement on Form F-1, of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. Xu has served as the co-president and chief technology officer of SINA Corporation, or SINA, a Nasdaq-listed company, since February 2013. Prior to joining SINA, Mr. Xu worked at Cisco as the corporate vice president of the communications and collaboration business unit. Previously, Mr. Xu served as vice president of engineering and research at eBay from October 2002 to April 2008 and chief technology officer at NetEase from May 2000 to July 2002. He led Excite’s search engine development in 1996, while pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of California in Berkeley. Mr. Xu received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in information management from Sun Yat-Sen University in China.
