Mr. Benoit Parayre has been appointed Executive Vice President of Communication and Member of the Executive Committee of AIR FRANCE KLM SA since December 3, 2018. He has 25 years of experience in the field of communication, including more than 10 years dealing with the transport sector. Since 2013, he has been Executive Director for Communication and Partnerships at the Centre Pompidou. His professional background has led him to carry out his responsibilities in both the public and private sectors. He was special advisor for the Labour Minister (1994-1995), the Secretary of State for Transport (1995-1997), the Mayor of Bordeaux (2000-2005), the Minister for Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion and Housing (2005-2007), and the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Maritime Affairs (2007-2010) before joining the General Council for Environment and Sustainable Development (2010-2012). He is also General Council for Environment and Sustainable development for the French Government administration. In the private sector, he worked at the Press-Club de France (1990-1994), in the transport branch of the Lagardere/Siemens groups from 1997 to 2000, and set up OgilvyRed, the consulting branch of the Ogilvy agency (WPP group), of which he was Executive Vice President in 2013.
