Ms. Jolanta Dudek has served as Member of the Management Board in charge of Customer Care and Customers Excellence of Orange Polska S.A. since October 8, 2015. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Uniwersytet Slaski and completed postgraduate studies at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Juy-en Josas and Szkola Glowna Handlowa (SGH) w Warszawie. Moreover, she graduated from Akademia Psychologii Przywodztwa (2013) and Szkola Mentorow (2015) at Szkola Biznesu Politechniki Warszawskiej. She started her professional career in telecommunications in 2000 in PTK Centertel Ltd. in managers positions of mass market customer care management. In 2004-2010 she was the Business Market Customer Care Director of mobile Orange. From October 2010 Ms. Dudek was the Business Market Customer Care Director in Orange Customer Service Ltd. and since November 2013 she has been the President of Orange Customer Service Ltd. From November 2013 she was the Executive Director in charge of Customer Care in Orange Polska. Since 2014 she has also been responsible for Orange Polska customer relations.
