Dec 15 (Reuters) - SAUDI INDUSTRIAL SERVICES COMPANY <2190.SE>::UPDATES ON MOU BETWEEN RED SEA GATEWAY TERMINAL (RSGT) AND SAUDI PORT AUTHORITY (MAWANI) TO DEVELOP JEDDAH ISLAMIC PORT.RSGT GOT APPROVAL FROM SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE OF PRIVATIZATION IN TRANSPORTATION SECTOR FOR AGREEMENT OF NEW CONCESSION.NEW CONCESSION WILL BE SIGNED TO DEVELOP, OPERATE WHOLE NORTHERN SECTION OF JEDDAH ISLAMIC PORT.BUILD OPERATE AND TRANSFER AGREEMENT IS PLANNED FOR 30 YEARS.

Nov 24 (Reuters) - SAUDI INDUSTRIAL SERVICES COMPANY <2190.SE>::ITS CONSORTIUM SIGNS CONTRACT WITH SAUDI WATER PARTNERSHIPS CO FOR PLANT DEVELOPMENT.CONTRACT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF TAIF INDEPENDENT SEWERAGE PLANT PROJECT.THE TERM OF CONTRACT IS 25 YEARS.EXPECTED INVESTMENT APPROX 315 MILLION RIYALS.PROJECT WILL BE FINANCED THROUGH A SHARIA COMPLIANT ISLAMIC FINANCE FACILITY.PROJECT CONSTRUCTION IS EXPECTED TO START DURING SECOND QUARTER OF 2020.PROJECT INCLUDES DESIGN, BUILD, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN PLANT AND TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF THE PROJECT ON BOOT BASIS, ALONG WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND RELATED FACILITIES.
