ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Trucks packed with furniture and diplomats' belongings left the grounds of the dacha residence of the U.S. embassy in Moscow on Monday (August 1). Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday (July 30) Russia had ordered the United States to cut 755 of its 1,200 embassy and consulate staff by September, and was seizing two diplomatic properties, including a dacha compound in a picturesque spot on a bend in the Moskva river north-west of the Russian capital.
