ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Vice President Mike Pence delivered an emotional speech at the 911 remembrance ceremony in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, saying he believes his life was spared because of the "courage and selflessness of the heroes of Flight 93." Pence told the crowd he was at the U.S. Capitol on the morning of September 11th, 2001. It's believed the Capitol was the intended target the terrorists on Flight 93 were aiming for when they hijacked the plane. Instead, the plane crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
