ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Several people were injured at a London underground station on Friday (September 15) after witnesses reported a blast on a packed rush-hour commuter train which police are treating as a terrorism incident. British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson told the BBC it was important not to speculate and that British Transport Police and the city's public transport service were investigating the incident. He added everybody should keep calm and go about their lives in as normal a way as they possibly can. Emergency services said they had been called to reports of a fire on a train at Parsons Green station in West London at 8.20 a.m. (0720 GMT) London police said in a statement it was too early to confirm the cause of the fire, which would be subject to the investigation that was now underway by the Met's Counter Terrorism Command. Prime Minister Theresa May will chair a meeting of Britain's emergency response committee later on Friday, her office said in a statement.
