ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Two turkeys set to be pardoned by U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday (November 21) as part of the 70th annual Thanksgiving tradition spent the previous night at a swanky Washington hotel. The Willard Intercontinental on Monday (November 20) welcomed the Minnesota-raised turkeys, who swiftly made themselves comfortable on their luxury beds. After the pardoning in the White House Rose Garden, the two lucky turkeys will live out the rest of their days at Virginia Tech University, the White House said. Trump plans to spend the Thanksgiving holiday at his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida.
