New Delhi Television to set up new studio facilities

MUMBAI, July 30 (Reuters) - New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday its board has approved setting up a new company for building studio production facilities.

Its offshore subsidiaries would invest up to $150 million in the new facilities, in the form of cumulative convertible preference share or any other instruments, it said in a statement. (Reporting by Janaki Krishnan; Editing by Prem Udayabhanu)
