Air Liquide SA Acquires 73.3% Share of Healthy Sleep Solutions
Air Liquide SA announced that it has acquired a 73.3% share of Healthy Sleep Solutions, a company founded in 2007, active in the field of diagnosis and treatment for patients with sleep disorders, notably sleep apnea. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nuplex Industries Ltd expects Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for fiscal 2013 are expected to be between $124 and $129 million. This compares with Nuplex’s previous guidance range of $135 to $140 million.
