The Andino shopping mall in an exclusive area of the capital Bogota was evacuated after the blast. Nine other women were injured. President Juan Manuel Santos visited the site of the attack and promised to bring those responsible to justice. He's ordered an investigation, while security officials are working to establish who was behind the blast. A peace accord signed last year with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), the country's biggest guerrilla group, raised confidence bomb attacks might cease.
